Group Sessions
Group meetings in pornography addiction recovery are vital and finding treatment groups specific for youth is difficult because so few exist. While individual and family therapy sessions may occur as part of the program, the primary venue for treatment is group sessions.
Length of Treatment
The length of treatment depends on the individual needs of each young person participating in the program. Most complete the program in the range of 3 to 12 months. Sexual addiction recovery programs for adults can span two years or more. Many youth are still at the front end of developing a full-blown addiction and don't require long-term treatment to get on top of the issue.
